ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001 Success for Birmingham Drain Services Ltd
A huge congratulations to Birmingham Drain Services Ltd (BDS) on being recommended for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification.
Quality Systems Consultancy Ltd (QSC) were commissioned to review the old ISO system, update and implement the new standard requirements in BDS. Working with the Managing Director we set about reviewing the business management system and revising processes and procedures. As well as the documented system we carried out health and safety reviews, including legal and regulatory compliance and advised on areas that were weak and improvements were immediately implemented.
BDS carried out a complete overhaul of the system , implemented changes and were rewarded with recommendation for ISO certification following a thorough external audit by a UKAS registered certification body. Congratulations to BDS and the team for a job well done and a system that is designed to continually improve the business and its service to customers.
