ISO 9001:2015 achieved with a pat on the back!

Excellent result with no observations or non conformances raised.

Quality Systems Consultancy Ltd (QSC) is proud of the work and reputation it has achieved over the years working with all types of industries and commerce.

We recently finished a project with Filtration Group in Crewe UK completing a total review of their ISO 9001 Management System and rewriting the manual, procedures etc.

The team headed up by the Managing Director Geoff Jennings has worked extremely hard to develop a system that works for them, ending with successful certification.

RARELY ACHIEVED

At FGL (Filtration Group Ltd.) here in Crewe, UK, we have recently been working with QSC Ltd and been awarded our ISO9001:2015 Quality system certificate.

This project was launched at the beginning of the year to replace the previous ISO9001:2008 system which was based on a central European blanket certificate and not really well suited to our business today.

Over the last 6 months, we have worked hard as a team with QSC developing and documenting our processes using value stream mapping, internal and external audits and a big bag of grit and determination to overcome our different viewpoints and methodologies to establish smooth flowing, efficient processes that support our business today.

At our final Stage 2 Audit by ACS last month, their senior auditor passed us through to certification with flying colours and commented:

“Please see audit reports for my visit on 20/06/19. Excellent result with no observations or non conformances raised – rarely achieved – All of you deserve a pat on the back.
Please pass my regards on to the team as collectively they did a great job.”

Hence I decided to share this because getting ISO 9001:2015 might seem quite an everyday thing to do but to get a ‘rarely achieved’ comment from a senior external auditor truly is rarely achieved.

Thanks to QSC and well done to our Quality team here’s to many more rare achievements for the growth of our top-quality business.
