One of the companies, TSC Signs Limited contacted us initially for support with an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit followed by support with their Quality Management System handover for their new responsible person for their QMS. With support and training, QSC worked with the company to review and update the QMS to ensure continued compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard.

Review of the Quality Policy was an integral part of the process, ensuring the requirements of the standard have been covered as well as ensuring the policy clearly reflects what the company does and that there is a commitment to continual improvement and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements. We also reviewed the complete documented system and advised on areas of potential weakness, whilst focusing on the strengths of the business. The MD of the business was fully committed throughout the process – this is the key to achieving ISO Certification. Commitment from the Chief Executive or Managing Director is a must and therefore QSC will always have the initial meeting with these people. This shows that top management understand the requirements and the need for their involvement.
