I first contacted QSC in July 2022 to carry out a gap analysis on our management system. Andy Adams attended and was very professional, and spent a lot of time explaining the pro’s and con’s of our existing system then explained what was needed to improve the system and documentation in preparation for our recertification audit that due.

All the documentation was reviewed, amended, and improvements carried out, and thanks to Andy’s expertise, we were recertified.
