At FGL (Filtration Group Ltd.) here in Crewe, UK, we have recently been working with QSC Ltd and been awarded our ISO9001:2015 Quality system certificate.
This project was launched at the beginning of the year to replace the previous ISO9001:2008 system which was based on a central European blanket certificate and not really well suited to our business today. Over the last 6 months, we have worked hard as a team with QSC developing and documenting our processes using value stream mapping, internal and external audits and a big bag of grit and determination to overcome our different viewpoints and methodologies to establish smooth flowing, efficient processes that support our business today.
