Envira Packaging
We were appointed by Envira Packaging Ltd to help write a Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2008.
We spent some time on site working with the Business Manager and Managing Director to understand the business and how it operated. We wrote the Quality Manual and associated procedures based on exactly what Envira Packaging did.
We advised them on areas that needed to be amended to ensure compliance to the standard which then lead to a master document register being compiled to ensure full controls of the documents and records, followed by internal audits and a Management Review.
The whole process took approximately 7 to 8 months to complete.
The outcome was a successful independent stage 1 and 2 audit carried out by a UKAS certificated registration company.
Through hard work and effort by the staff of Envira Packaging, they have achieved the well deserved result of being recommended for registration to ISO 9001:2008.
